A portion of all Upminders profits is used to provide access to mental health care for those in need. “We understand the critical need for access to mental health care, and the costs that is too often a barrier.” (Kelley) This marks the beginning of Upminders’ Million Medallions for Mental Wellness campaign that’s projected to provide 20,000 hours of mental health care for those in need. The goal is to eradicate racism, bullying, suicide and all forms of hatred while promoting mental wellness.
The Upminders GRAMMY Awards Gift Bag bundle will include two of the Love Respect Unity medallions. The medallions are forged with quality metal alloys with words and images that convey the message of every person’s immeasurable value while providing encouragement to deal with difficult times. The back reads “please don’t give up no matter what you go through and never doubt the fact that the world needs you.” Also, the mental health crisis help phone number is included.
Live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and hosted by Trevor Noah, the 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live on Sun, Feb. 5, 2023, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on the CBS Television Network and will be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.
